He is survived by: his wife Charlene Hawkins; his children, Gary Wayne Hawkins (Lyn), Carol Elizabeth Harris (Bruce), Dewayne Godfrey (Gina), Chris Godfrey (Julia), Misty Milam (Ken), Laycie Hawkins, Destiny Hawkins and Shiann Hawkins; his grandchildren, Ashton Jace Milam, Evan Harris, Ryan Harris (Jordan), Ali Wilson (Ben), Madison Harris, LaSha Lynn, Hannah Hawkins Rice, Malachi Harris, Allen Jackson Hawkins, Juan Hawkins, Judy Hawkins, Caleb Godfrey, Elijah Milam, Jacob Milam, Alyssia Godfrey and Elin Godfrey; and his siblings, Gail Gorham, Marlin Hawkins and Charles Hawkins. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
