He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Rutledge Sivley; his siblings, Robin Childers (John), Rhonda Sivley and Bobby Sivley (Wanda); and his godchildren, Jedidiah, Gunner Westmoreland and Jarod Weissend. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family.
