He is survived by: his close friend Robert; his wife Mittie Dean Brown Carpenter; his children, Scott Carpenter (Benita), Melanie Box (Tim) and Amy Carpenter; his grandchildren, Tiffany Denson (Joey), Jared Box (Mandy), Chase Carpenter, Taylor Folks (Jared) and Meagan Cagle (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Myles, Miller Denson, Elsi, Eva, Rett, Ford Folks, Grayson, Gunner, Gaines Cagle, Reid and RyleeKate Box. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
