He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ross and Macie Smith Ross; and his brothers, J. C. Ross and Bobby Ross. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ross; his children, Paul Ross, Norma Farr, Mary Peek (Joseph) and Nita Ross; his sister Mary Skelton; his grandchildren, Donnie Waits, Casey Peek, Clayton Farr, Paul Waits and Kathy Murphree; his stepgrandchildren, Sheila Kemp and Greg Peek; and his great grandchildren, Paisley Murphree and Lana Waits.
