She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Henderson and Opal Henderson (Bradford); her husband Kenneth Phillips; and her daughter April Simms. She is survived by: her sister Ann Lisle; her grandson Gabriel Simms; her nieces, Leslie Taylor, Ladenna Phillips and Sabrina Crowe; her brothers-in-law, Robert Phillips and Melvin Phillips; and her mother-in-law Eva Phillips. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
