He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge A. Smith and Lily Mae Hesterley Smith; and his sister Virginia Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Maggie Smith; his children, Mitch Smith (Shelia) and Heidi Walker (Ricky); his grandchildren, Kristen Walker (Trent), Hunter Walker, Payden Smith (Caitlyn), Parker Smith and Isaac Smith; and his great grandchild Brooks Walker.
