She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence A. Richter; her parents, Powell Blair and Elva Blair; and her brothers, Roy Glasscock, Jr. and Jim Blair.

She is survived by: her daughters, Betsy McLeroy (David), Nancy Nixon (David) and Pam Henderson (Richard); her grandchildren, Trae Noblett (Kristie), Amy Bolte (Shannon), Candy Glozer (Ken), Emily Cook (Shane), Ashley Kent (Jason), Leslie Umstattd (Rustin) and Eric Nixon (Lindsay); her siblings, Jan Witte (Jim) and Neil Glasscock (Ann); and her sisters-in-law, Ramelle Glasscock and Betty Blair.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Saint John's Evangelical Protestant Church.
