He is survived by: his mother Hollie Wilbanks Duke; his wife Sandi Duke; his children, Delia Collins (Levi), Amanda Duke, Colby Duke (Kim) and Josh Culwell (Rebekah); his brothers, Jimmy Duke (Diane) and Pete Duke; and his grandchildren, Thomas, LahKierra, Macine, Sophia, Olive, Simon and Micah.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to The Disabled Veterans Program.
