He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hollingsworth; his daughters, Tish Rabren and Traci Johnson; his stepsons, Kevin Meadors and Keith Meadors; his grandchildren, Preston, Tori Rabren, Hayley and Curt Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Matt, Jonathan, Zane, Ezekiel and Eve Meadors; and his siblings, Betty Jo Owens, Jeanette Nowell, Hugh and Billy Frank Hollingsworth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
