He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Robert Stephens and Mary Ellen Stevenson Stephens; and his wife Sachiko Stephens. He is survived by: his friend Cracker Barrel; his siblings, Faye Dennis (Ralph) of Jasper, Joan Rose (Tom) of Largo, Florida and C. W. "Buddy" Stephens of Largo, Florida; and his sister-in-law Fumiyo K. Lyons of Shreveport, Louisiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 from 10-11 a. m. DUE TO LOCAL, POST, AN STATE GUIDELINES REGARDING COVID-19, LIMITED ATTENDANCE WILL BE RESTRICTED AT THE FUNERAL HOME AND NO MORE THAN 25 CAN BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THE CEMETERY.
