It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christen Griffin of Danville, Alabama, who passed away on June 10, 2020, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her brother Richard Polk. She is survived by : her parents, Waymon Polk and Barbara Polk of Oakville, Alabama; her children, Lashara Griffin of Florence, Daniel (Biddy) of Decatur and Demetrae Griffin of Decatur; her siblings, Jackie Shalon Griffin and Michael (Shera Polk) of Oakville; her stepbrothers, Dezi and Sha King of Decatur; her aunts, Janice Griffin of Moulton and Jessie P. Polk of Oakville; her grandchildren, Harmony, Kayden, Zeke and Grace; and her friend Dale Byrd.
