He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Maurice Rickels and Elaine Rickels Clodfelter. He is survived by: his wife Kim Rickels of Daphne, AL; his children, Ashley Payne (Jesse) of Birmingham, AL, Stacey Parrish of Daphne, AL and Barrett Rickels of Daphne, AL; his grandsons, Parker Parrish and Beck Payne; and his brothers, Jeff Rickels (Marie) of Jackson, MS and Gary Rickels (Pam) of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
