He was predeceased by: his brother Ben Hartley; and his grandparents, Katheryn Woodard Owens, Eugene Hartley and Margaret Biggs George. He is survived by: his parents, Dan Hartley and Kay Hartley; and his grandfather Billy Owens. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that during this time of uncertainty that contributions be made to those in need throughout the community.
