He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Smith of Spanish Fort, Alabama; his children, Ivan Smith of Loxley and Norleisha Lewis (Brandon) of Spanish Fort, Alabama; his siblings, Olivia Smith, Denise Smith of Spanish Fort, Helen Smith of Foley, Alabama, Donald Smith (Nancy) of Birmingham, Otis Smith (Annice), Kenneth Smith of Spanish Fort, Johnny Smith, Jr. (Shelita) of San Francisco and Tamatra Smith of Spanish Fort, Alabama; his mother-in-law Ruby Hinton of Spanish Fort, Alabama; his sister-in-law Charlene Dixon (Ray) of Mobile, Alabama; and his nephew Jamal Sledge of Spanish Fort. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and other friends.
