He is survived by: his children, Daniel James Metcalf, Dana Michelle Metcalf and Leann Nicole Reeves (Christopher); his brother Harold Wayne Metcalf (Mary); and his grandchildren, Micah, Ashleigh, Jacob, Bayleigh and Jayden.
