He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Wiggins and Myrtle Marvalene Cain Wiggins; his wife Nettie Marie Tucker Wiggins; and his siblings, George, Ellen Wiggins and Patricia Pointer.
He is survived by: his children, Andrew Jr., Carnell (Tracy), Dexter Sr., Kenneth, Jeffery Wiggins (Becky), Jennifer Elliott (Marvin), Angelia Newsome (John), Penelope "Penny" Wiggins and Sherell Miller (Terrill); his siblings, Carolyn Orr Wiggins (Ruis), Luther Earl Wiggins (Wanda), Brenda Williams and Loyd Wiggins; and his uncle Charlie Wiggins, Sr.. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
