She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, David R. McHugh, Jr. and Barbara Miller McHugh; her husband Joseph Gerald "PawPaw" Barbin; her children, Jackie Bell of Decatur, Babs Tanner of Decatur, Rodney Barbin (Gina) of Moulton and Randy Barbin (Janis) of Danville; her brothers, Tom Ed McHugh of Zachary, LA, Duke McHugh of Zachary, LA and David McHugh of Zachary, LA; and her grandsons, Randy Bice, II, Eric Tanner, Blake Barbin, Craig Kilgo, Travis Tanner and Zac Tanner. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
