He was predeceased by: his parents, Hezekiah Balch and Cecil Balch; and his siblings, Shelia Jones, Alma Jean Balch, Bartley "Boots" Balch, Edd Balch and Paul Balch.
He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Balch; his children, Matt Balch (Beth) and Valerie Balch Blaske (Mark); his sisters, Anita Halbrooks (Tommy) and Mary Balch Elliott; and his sister-in-law Elaine Balch. He is also survived by Seven Grandchildren.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions to the Bob Balch Memorial Education Scholarship Fund are being accepted at all local Alabama Credit Union locations.
