He is survived by: his children, David Perry (Holly) of Magnolia and Brittany Souder (James) of Decatur; his siblings, Steve Perry of Toney, Daniel Harwell (Amanda) and Tammy Perry Dobbs of Anniston; and his grandchildren, Jacob Lawrence, Isiah, Keira Shackelford, Madelyn and Everlee Perry.
