He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ewell Clyde and Cullie Wallace Counts; his daughter Kelly Counts Canaday; his wife Judy; his sister Carol Counts Key; his nephew Randal Wayne Key; his niece Missey Key Nichols; and also Meredith Nichols.
