He was predeceased by: his parents, Erich McInnis and Lula McInnis; and his wife Bonnie Ruth McInnis. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Gibson (Blake), Kimberly Wolfe (Mitch), Erich "Rick" McInnis (Melissa), Son Wolfe, Son McInnis and Daughter; his grandchildren, Erica McInnis, Melissa McInnis Torrez (Tony), Will Gibson, Lee Wolfe, Rebecca Wolfe and Kristin Wolfe; his great grandchildren, Amyah Torrez and Layton Torrez; and also, Mitch Wolfe, Rick McInnis and Melissa McInnis.
