She was predeceased by: the father of her children Edgar Pollard; her husband Loy "Red" Taylor; her children, Carolyn Blackerby, Nancy Barber and Edgar Pollard Jr.; and her siblings, Sam Jr., John, Pearl, Vera and Lorraine.
She is survived by: her children-in-law, Hershel Moore, Harold Blackerby, John Barber and Barbara Pollard; and her grandchildren, Allan Moore (Tina), Edie Barber (Tony), John Moore, Jennifer Cole (Derrick), Jason Lay (Felicia), Sherri Cromer (Chris) and Sean Pollard (Amy). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
