He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Myers and Mable Lowery Myers; and his sister Faye Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Martha D. Myers; his sons, Herman C. "Chris" Myers, III (Mindy), Jonathan Armstrong Myers (Gina), Tim Hightower and Mike Hightower (Ginger); and his grandchildren, Jason Herman Myers, Jackson Hightower, Trenton Hightower, Cayden Hightower and Logan Hightower.
