He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Farrish, Sr. and Susie Kuykendall Farrish. He is survived by: his wife Agnes Hovas Farrish; his children, Julie Farrish Pohl (Jeff), James C. Farrish and Philip Farrish (Paige); and his grandchildren, Jesse Pohl Glover (John), Georgia Farrish Ward (Tucker) and Julia Farrish.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association (ADA) in the name of James Farrish, Jr.
