With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Delano Parmley of Decatur, Alabama, who passed away on February 4, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parmley and Ferbie Gross Parmley; his daughter Sherry Parmley; and his siblings, Carl Parmley, Kenneth Parmley, Gene Parmley and Vena Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Moody Parmley; his daughters, Nancy Rowley (Bryan) and Darla Warner (Stephen); his brothers, Roscoe Parmley and Jim Parmley; his grandchildren, Josh Winingear, Alyssa Pigg, Jordan Skomp, Lauren Warner, Jacob Warner, Samuel Warner and Caroline Warner; his nephews, Jacob Jones and Reed Jones; and his niece Kimberly Jones (Josh). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
