He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dewey McCulloch and Persia; and his wife Doris Fern McCulloch (Neaves). He is survived by: his children, Lucian D. "Mack" McCulloch, Jr. (Serena) of Decatur and Pam McCulloch of Decatur; his sister Betty Millwood of Decatur; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn McCulloch of Decatur and Jewel McCulloch of Decatur.
