He was predeceased by: his wife Lila Page; his daughter Linda Page; his parents, Lewis Page and Aquilla Page; his siblings, Wendell, Edward Page, Eunice Lackey and Jo Chrisman; and his great grandchild Barrett Henderson.

He is survived by: his children, Harvey Page (Tina) and Amy Henderson (Mark); his grandsons, Steven Page (Jenni), John Mark Henderson (Elizabeth Anne), Kyle Henderson (Amy) and David Page (Cathy); and his great grandchildren, Ava, Connor Henderson and Naomi Page.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Camp Ney-A-Ti.
