We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2019, at the age of 85, Ray Nixon (Decatur, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Nixon and Dessie Nixon; and his brother Raymond Nixon. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Stephenson Nixon; his sons, Steve Nixon (Lynn) and Patrick Nixon (Laura); his grandchildren, Ginny Sumrall (Jon), Stephen Nixon, Elizabeth Nixon, Will Nixon and Matt Nixon; his great grandchildren, Sam Sumrall, Sadie Sumrall, Stella Sumrall and Selah Sumrall; and his sister Doris Tuten (Johnny).

Memorials may be made to Central Baptist Church.
