She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Birgan; her son Wayne Fletcher; her siblings, Georgia Mae Cohen, Geraldine Ross, Henry Fletcher Jr., Carl L. Fletcher, Rosemond Fletcher, Larry Fletcher (Lois) and Cortez Fletcher (Gloria); and her siblings-in-law, Delilah Fletcher, Willadean Nash, Ida Birgan and Frank "Dike" Burgan (Katherine). She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
