She is survived by: her husband Andy Ballard of Detroit; her son Bret Ballard (Shannon) of Greenwood Springs, MS; her sister Sandy Hopkins (Steve) of Vernon, AL.; her grandchildren, Andrew Gunn (Allison) of Birmingham, AL, Carl Andrew Ballard of Tupelo, MS, Jordan Ledbetter (Aaron) of Hamilton, AL, Garrett McDonald (Camille) of Gray, TN, Krissa Mae Ballard Smith (Kelby) of Amory, MS, Jeremy Chase Ballard (Hanna) of Sherman, MS and Joshua Chanse Ballard of Greenwood Springs, MS.; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Will, Mary, Virginia Gunn, Banks, Jerni McDonald, Isaac Mize, Mac Ledbetter and Mary Katherine Davis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Detroit Church of Christ (65181 AL-17, Detroit, AL 35552). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at the Friendship North Cemetery.
