With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allen Douglas Pettis (Dothan, Alabama), who passed away on May 9, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon Pettis and Clara Morris Pettis; and his siblings, Leonard Pettis, Cleve Pettis, Howard Pettis, Coley Pettis, Claude Pettis and Essie Mae Chavers.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Hale Pettis of Brewton; his children, Theron Pettis (Tammy) of Rutledge, Adrian Pettis of Dothan and LaCresha Hayes (Kyle) of Brewton; and his granddaughter Emma Claire Hayes.
