He is survived by: his wife Doris Adams Faulkner; his daughters, Fran Perry, Gayle Johnson and Gerri Burttram; his grandchildren, Adam Johnson and Michelle Horsley; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Brandon Perry and Dru Horsley; and his siblings, Jane Warren Payne and Larry Faulkner. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
