It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Kirkland of Dothan, Alabama, born in Elmore, Alabama, who passed away on November 11, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Branch and Ethel Branch (Efurd); and her siblings, James Lehman Branch, John "Buddy" Branch, Raymond Branch, Sidney Branch, Frances Dempsey, Margie Campbell and Millie Hall.
She is survived by: her husband Russell Kirkland; her children, Charlotte Brown (John) and Joseph Kirkland (Julie); her siblings, Allen Branch (Geri), Don Branch and Sara Parker (Adrian); her granddaughter Jaimee Shapiro (Justin); and her great grandchild Stone Shapiro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loving family members.
The family asks everyone to please wear a mask due to the Covid-19 safety measures.
