He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit L. Cobb and Johnnie M. Holmes Cobb; his daughter Lisa Cobb Baker; his parents-in-law, Clinton Kirkland and Lettie P. Snell Kirkland; and his brother-in-law Larry Kirkland.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Kirkland Cobb; his son Darrin Cobb (Tonya) of Wetumpka, AL; his grandchildren, Brianna Cobb of Wetumpka, AL and Brandon Cobb of Wetumpka, AL; his siblings, Donald L. Cobb (Margie) and Lynda Nimons (Rey); his nieces, Denise Tadduni (Chris) and Karen Schmidt (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Bobby Kirkland (Grace), Wayne Kirkland (Jean) and Patricia Kirkland. He is also survived by 2 great nephews and 4 great nieces.
