He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Lisenby and Dora Oliver Lisenby; and his brothers, Riley "Buddy" Lisenby Jr. and Justin Keith Lisenby. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Hall Lisenby; his children, Jason Givens, Jr. of Rehobeth, Isaiah Givens of Faydette, Elijah Givens of Dothan and April Brown of Dothan; and his grandchildren, Madison Lurie (Harrison), Audrey Peavey, Adian Peavey, Kayden Givens, Gunnar Givens, Jameson Watson and Carson Gainey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
