With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cephus Edmonson of Dothan, Alabama, born in Houston, Alabama, who passed away on June 26, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wyatt Edmonson and Eunice Edmonson (Burmun); and his siblings, Clifton, Monroe, Wallace Edmonson and Agnes Lanton.
He is survived by: his wife Myra Edmonson (High); his children, Eunice Edmonson, Wendell Edmonson, Kay Thames and Steaven Edmonson (Laura); his sisters, Dean Sheffield, Faye Kirkland and Glenda Dees; and his grandchildren, Melinda Glover (Jason), Leann Smith (Matthew), Kimberly Raybon (Corey) and Bradley Edmonson. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and several loving nephews, nieces, and family members.
