He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Burkett and Carla Nettles (Jim); his grandchildren, Torri Harpe (Cory), Danny Burkett (Morgan), Jared Burkett, Devin Burkett, Audrey Cain (Davis) and Anna Nettles; his great grandchildren, Haley, Chase, Connor, Raeleigh, River, Ethan, Caeden, Caeson and Natasha; his sister Mary Blair Van Tassel (Bill); and his close friend Marley Jayne.
