He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Wingfield and Christine Wingfield; and his sister Doris Jean Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Gisela Wingfield; his children, Terry Wingfield Ryan (Terry Lynne), Brita Combs and Sandy Welch; and his sisters, Betty Jane McCarty and Devona Anne Bruenning (Deanie). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
