Charlotte Forehand Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Forehand of Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on August 28, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Shelby Forehand; her parents, John Blue and Lois McCollough; her daughter Sheri; her grandson Patrick Davenport II; and her sister Wauthena Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, Tami Black (Dan), John Forehand (Cristi) and Patrick Davenport (Teresa); her grandchildren, Rob Evers (Marley), Shelby Leigh Smith (Zachary), Katie Davenport and Caroline Davenport; her sister Nelda Northcutt (Charlie); and her niece Kay Casey. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to Kindred Hospice.
