He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Meadows and Carolyn Meadows (Womack). He is survived by: his wife Vicky Meadows (Linville); his daughter Danielle Meadows Butler (Chad); his grandchildren, Dalton, Raygan and Amberle Butler; his siblings, David Meadows, Debbie Roberts (Robin), Diane Daughtry (Craig) and Donna Blankenship (Kenny); and also, Ralph Linville (Sarah), Ricky Lineville, Randy Linville (Tracy), Brenda Proctor, Donald Schulman (Kathy) and Lisa Kelly. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews and all his countless friends.
