He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Eugene Killingsworth and Loudine Killingsworth. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Killingsworth and Cameron Killingsworth; his grandson Elijah Williams; his brother Jerry Killingsworth (Juvy); and the mother of his children Tracey Gilley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
