He is survived by: his wife Mary Hall; his children, Tony Wilcox, Cindy OBrion (Allen) and David Plunkett (Kelly); his grandchildren, Patrick OBrion, Katie OBrion, Ben Plunkett and Brit Carter (Nate); his great grandchild Silas Carter; his brothers, John Plunkett (Carla) and Dale Plunkett (Charlotte); and his pet Daphne.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to the Episcopal Church of the Nativity or to Vaughn-Blumberg Center.
