He was predeceased by: his parents, Ples Kelly and Dovie Kelly (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Anne Kelly (Parker); and his son Kevan Kelly (Rhonda). He is also survived by three sisters, and a host of nieces, nephews, and loving family members.
