She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Adams and Leena Bea Adams; her brother Jerry Luke Adams; her husband Benjamin Eugene Faulkner (Gene); and her grandson Ben Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Fran Perry, Michelle Horsley (Jason), Gayle Johnson (Paul), Adam (Rebekah) and Ford (Denise); and her friend Kim Miller.
