He was predeceased by : his parents, Lettie Pearl (Peg) and Dorsey Kelley, Sr.. He is survived by : his wife Anne Burke Kelley; his daughters, Kathi Atkins (Brian) and Tami Todd; his grandchildren, Eli Howell, Mary Frances Howell, James Atkins and Leigh Anne Atkins; his brother Joe Kelley (Margeret); and his sister-in-law Charlotte Solomon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Glover Funeral Home (1468 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36301).
