He is survived by: his wife Martha Fultz; his children, David Fultz (Kim), Patty Juarez (Johnny), Jennifer Russell (Dewayne), Allison Woodall (Charles), LaKresha Hendricks (Grant) and Jessica Adams (Chris); his sister Gayle Carter; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Granger (Jamie), Mallory, Chase, JoAnne Woodall, Jon Michael Adams, Addison Hendrix, Laney, Jackson Russell, Erika Juarez and Alexxis Fultz.
