He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alphus Richards and Normie Parmer Richards; his wife Juanita Clark Richards; and his siblings, Frances Money and Arbie C. Richards.
He is survived by: his sons, David Richards (Peggy) and Jerry Richards (Susan); his grandchildren, Kyle Register of Marianna, FL, Jason Richards and Ryan Richards (Suzanne); his great grandchildren, Kylee, Lilly, Caroline and Clark; his sister Jo Linda Taylor (Bobby); and his close friend Janice Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
