He was predeceased by: his parents, Alto Bailey and Lotter Moring Bailey; and his stepson Christopher Summers. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn DePriest Bailey; his children, Amber Frerichs and Cody Frerichs (Ai); his grandchildren, Serenity Frerichs and Kimberly Summers; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Culpepper, Jamie Watson, Alyssa Summers, Shyanne Freeman and Mykala Milton.
