She was predeceased by: her parents, Zack Johnson and Ada Tucker Johnson; her husband Lewis H. "Buck" Collins; her daughters, Hellon Collins Lewis and Jeanette Collins; and her sons-in-law, Paul Peacock and William E. Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Womack (Shelby) of Dothan and Patricia Peacock of Ashford; and her close friends, Mika and Avaree. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and great-great-great grandchildren; several special loving nieces and nephews.
