She is survived by: her husband Rev. Ernest O'Neal of Dothan; her children, Phyllis Hall of Dothan, Rena Johnson (Ken) of Destin, FL, Anthony O'Neal (Diane) of Dothan and K. O. O'Neal (Lisa) of Dothan; and her sister Lillith Rogers of Lucedale, Mississippi.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
